You will need: 180g Softened Butter 1/4 cup Castor Sugar 125ml Sweetened Condensed Milk 5 Tbsp Koko Deluxe Powder |
1 1/2 cups Self-raising Flour 250g Chopped Dark or Milk Chocolate 85g Roasted Peanuts |
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Beat together the butter & sugar till pale. Beat in the condensed milk. In a separate mixing bowl sift together the flour & Koko powder. Fold into the butter & sugar mix until smooth. Add the roughly chopped chocolate and peanuts, stir in well. Leave to rest for 15mins in the fridge.
Roll 2 Tsp of the mixture into balls and place on baking paper lined trays. Press lightly with a fork. Bake for 12-15 mins or until lightly golden. Cool the cookies on the trays and store in an airtight container.
